안녕하세요,지난 2월14일 오른쪽 목에 생긴 정체불명의 혹 때문에 걱정되어서 글을 올렸던

유방암 환자입니다.조직검사 결과가 오른쪽 목부분에서 약간의 비정형세포가 나왔다고 그러

더군요.비정형 세포란 어떤걸 비정형세포라고 하나요???


그래서 이 정체불명의 혹이 어떻게 생긴건지 알아보기 위해서 2월28일에 패트검사를 받았고

오늘은 흉부CT를 찍고 돌아왔는데요.

아직 선생님께 가서 어떠어떠하게 치료하자는 얘기는 듣지 않았지만 너무 마음이 떨려서 패

트검사 결과는 나와서 제가 미리 띄어봤습니다.

머가먼지 의학전문용어들이라서 제가 볼줄은 모르지만 먼가 심각하게 전이된걸로 보는 판독

의 소견인것 같아요.

The body between cerebellum and mid shaft of both femurs was scanned after F-18FDG IV
Injection.

The maximal SUV (Standardized Uptake Value)in each described lesion was given in a parenthesis.


1) Hypermetabolic mass lesions in the right breast (9.8,5.8).
2) Hypertmetabolic LNs in right neck level IV & V (~15.0),right supraclavicular fossa
(9.1).
3) Hypertmetabolic bone lesion in T5-6 spines (~6.8) and Left femur(4.2)
4) Hypermetabolic lesion in the median anterior chest wall (13.3)
5) Multiple hypermetabolic lesions in both lobes of liver (~9.4)
6) Hypermetabolic lung lesion (6.8) in RLL.


[ Conclusion ]

1. Hypermetabolic mass lesions in the right breast.

-C/W known breast cancer.

2. Multple metastases to LNs,lung,liver and bones.

이게 검사결과인데요,뭔가 원격전이 된것 같다는 소견인것 같은데 맞나요??
수술때는 1기로 수술했는데 그럼 전 이제 말기 유방암환자가 되는 셈인지요??

그리고 유독 제 패트검사에 Hypertabolic란 단어가 자주 나오는데 그게 어떠한 의미인지

요??

그리고 아래는 본스캔을 한 결과인데요.

뼈소견 Increased uptake in T5-6,L3, right 5th rib(anterior arc),left proximal femur,
right femur shaft.

관절소견 Increased uptake in both ankles; arthritic change,more likely.

SI/S ratio= Rt : Lt= : 6.신장소견 Visualized both kidneys.

무언가 안좋은 상황으로 펼쳐지는 예감이라서 마음의 준비라도 하고자 죄송스럽지만 검사결과가 과연 얼마나 나쁘게 나온건지 궁금합니다.
